Ingredients
- 1 cup shelled peas
- ½ cup sago
- ½ cup cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons paste of ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves
- Juice of half a lemon
- Freedom Physically Refined Rice Bran Oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Boil peas lightly and keep aside
- Soak sago for about half an hour
- Start by heating 1 tablespoon oil in a deep kadahi
- Lightly fry cashew nuts and remove in a bowl, keep aside
- Now add some ginger paste and fry for 2 more minutes
- To this add peas, sago, cashew and salt
- Cook everything well until done
- Take off from stove and sprinkle some lemon juice
Your quick snack is ready, serve it hot!
