Ingredients

15 gms Whole wheat flour
10 gms Soya flour
5 gms Ragi flour
5 gms Bengal gram flour

2 gms Spinach (Chopped)
25 gms Carrot (Grated)
2 tsp Green chilies (chopped)
1 tsp Coriander leaves (Chopped)
Garam Masala Pinch
2 ml Sunflower Oil

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl. Knead them properly
  2. Keep it aside for about 30 minutes.
  3. Make chapattis and cook on the tawa
  4. Serve it with raita
