Garlic Pickle

- 3 tablespoons Freedom Groundnut oil
- ½ cup Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Haldi
- 1 tablespoon mirchi,
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Small lime sized dollop of gur
- Salt to taste
GRIND TOGETHER
- 1 teaspoon rye,
- 1 teaspoonmethi seeds
- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 1 teaspoon dhania seeds
- Pinch of hing
METHOD
- Heat freedom groundnut oil in a pan
- Add garic cloves and haldi and sauté for 5 minutes
- Add lemon juice and sauté
- Add chilli powder,salt and gur and sauté till the gur melts
- Add ground spices and sauté
When done cool and store in a dry jar
