Mango Mastani is a delicious rich mango milkshake topped with ice cream. It is originally from Pune and named after the famous Bajirao’sMastani. Follow this simple easy, step by step recipe to make your own Mango Mastani and relish it, this mango season!

Ingredients:

1. 2 cups ripe Mango
2. 3 -4 tbsp Sugar
3. cup Chilled Milk
4. 1/2 cup Chilled Milk
5. 6 scoops Ice Cream
6. Mongo pieces & Cherry for Garnishing

Method:

1. Wash and cut the mangos into the cubes.
2. Blend the Mango, milk and sugar into a very smooth paste.
3. Add 1 scoop ice cream and pour the milkshake into a glass up to 3/4.
4. Place 2 more scoops ice cream on it, garnish with mango pieces and cherry.
5. Serve immediately.
