Chop the raw bananas and pressure cook until you get one whistle
Grind the chopped coconut, green chilli, coriander leaves and 2 tbsp. fresh curd to a fine paste
Now in a big bowl, add the boiled bananas and the fine paste and mix everything well
To this mixture, add in rest of the curd, season with salt, roasted cumin powder and grated ginger and give everything a good mix
For tempering tadka, in a small kadai heat some oil, throw in the mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilli powder and sauté for a few seconds and take off the kadai from the stove
For the final step, mix everything together and refrigerate before serving
Luscious and mouth-watering chilled Banana Raita is ready to be served!
