While muesli can be enjoyed with plain milk, almond milk or fruit juice, here is another unique way to enjoy muesli for a satisfying, nutritious lunch.
Fill 1/3rd of a lunch box with the dry homemade muesli
Fill the next 1/3rd of the lunchbox by topping the muesli with fresh Greek yogurt
Fill the remaining space in the box with finely chopped fruits such as apples, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, dates, figs, mango, grapes, blueberries, etc.
Finally, pour just enough dairy or almond milk to soak the bottom most layer of oats
