Ingredients
- Noodles – 1 bowl
- Tomatoes – 2 cups, diced
- Onions – 1 cup, chopped
- Green peas – 1 heap cup
- Coriander – 1 bunch, finely chopped
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil
Method
- To start off, boil the noodles and keep aside in the strainer
- Juice the tomatoes and keep aside
- Heat a pan, add some oil and throw in some cumin seeds and onions and sauté for about 3-5 minutes
- To this pan, pour in the tomato juice, add in salt, pepper and red chilli powder – mix everything well and cook for about 5 more minutes
- Now is the right time to add in the boiled noodles and give everything a good mix and let it all cook for the next 10 minutes
- For the final step, add some freshly chopped coriander
