Lauki-tofu Buttons
Ingredients
- 100 gms Bottle Gourd
- 50 gms Tofu
- 50 gms Carrots
- 10 gms Oats
- 10 gms Wheat
- 10 gms Jowar
- 10 gms Bengal gram flour
- 7 gms Olive Oil
- Spices and Salt for taste
- Mint, Chili and Yoghurt for chutney
Directions
- Grate bottle gourd and carrots and squeeze out the juice which can be mixed with Amla juice.
- Roast tofu pieces with 2g olive oil.
- Mix the above ingredients with wheat, Oats, Jowar and Bengal gram flour along with the spices.
- Make small buttons and steam for 10 mins
- Cool the buttons and spray the buttons with olive oil and roast on a non stick pan.
- Lauki – tofu Buttons are ready to eat with mint – yoghurt chutney.
