Ingredients

  • 100 gms Bottle Gourd
  • 50 gms Tofu
  • 50 gms Carrots
  • 10 gms Oats
  • 10 gms Wheat
  • 10 gms Jowar
  • 10 gms Bengal gram flour
  • 7 gms Olive Oil
  • Spices and Salt for taste
  • Mint, Chili and Yoghurt for chutney

Directions

  1. Grate bottle gourd and carrots and squeeze out the juice which can be mixed with Amla juice.
  2. Roast tofu pieces with 2g olive oil.
  3. Mix the above ingredients with wheat, Oats, Jowar and Bengal gram flour along with the spices.
  4. Make small buttons and steam for 10 mins
  5. Cool the buttons and spray the buttons with olive oil and roast on a non stick pan.
  6. Lauki – tofu Buttons are ready to eat with mint – yoghurt chutney.
