Ingredients

  • 25 gms Wheat Flour
  • 15 gms Rajmah (Boiled)
  • 3 tsp Pureed Spinach
  • 20 gms Mixed Raw Vegetables(Onions, Capsicum, Cabbage, Cucumber)
  • 5 gms Grated Paneer
  • 1 tsp Mustard Sauce (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Mint Chutney

Directions

  1. Prepare a soft dough with pureed spinach.
  2. Keep it aside for 5 mins.
  3. Make small balls of the dough and roll on a flat board.
  4. Cook on a heated Tawa until golden blown.
  5. Spread Mustard Sauce (Optional), tomato sauce, mint chutney and other ingredients on roti.
  6. Sprinkle grated paneer over it.
  7. Fold the Roti in the shape of semicircle and cut in the shape of triangle.
  8. Garnish with vegetable bundlers.
