Ingredients

  • 15 gms Whole wheat flour
  • 10 gms Soya flour
  • 5 gms Ragi flour
  • 5 gms Bengal gram flour
  • 2 gms Spinach (Chopped)
  • 25 gms Carrot (Grated)
  • 2 tsp Green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves (Chopped)
  • Garam Masala Pinch
  • 2 ml Sunflower Oil

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl. Knead them properly
  2. Keep it aside for about 30 minutes.
  3. Make chapattis and cook on the tawa
  4. Serve it with raita
