- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For Cream Cheese Filling
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method :
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tray with 24 paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda until well combined.
- Add Freedom Rice Bran Oil, water, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
To Prepare the Filling
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt until light and fluffy.
