Ingredients

  • 10 gms Oats
  • 10 gms Ragi
  • 5 gms Barley Sweetener / Sugar
  • 5 gms Soya
  • 5 gms Flax seed powder
  • 50 ml Skim milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Make into a powder. Boil 100ml water.
  2. Add the powder and mix.
  3. Cook.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Then add milk and sugar/sweetener.
