Ingredients
- 10 gms Bajra
- 10 gms Jowar
- 10 gms Ragi
- 10 gms Groundnut
- 10 gms Soybean
- 20 gms Dates
- 5 gms Jaggery
Directions
- Mix Bajra, Jowar, Ragi & Soyabean powders and steam boil them for 20 minutes.
- Roast Groundnuts & powder them
- Make a paste of Dates and prepare a syrup of jaggery with required amount of hot water and mix all ingredients.
- Make into Laddus of desired size (cardamom may be added for flavor)
