Ingredients

  • 10 gms Bajra
  • 10 gms Jowar
  • 10 gms Ragi
  • 10 gms Groundnut
  • 10 gms Soybean
  • 20 gms Dates
  • 5 gms Jaggery

Directions

  1. Mix Bajra, Jowar, Ragi & Soyabean powders and steam boil them for 20 minutes.
  2. Roast Groundnuts & powder them
  3. Make a paste of Dates and prepare a syrup of jaggery with required amount of hot water and mix all ingredients.
  4. Make into Laddus of desired size (cardamom may be added for flavor)
