Ingredients

  • 100 gms Pumpkin
  • 50 gms Potato
  • 50 gms Raw Banana
  • 10 gms Soaked Mustard Seeds
  • 5 gms Poppy Seeds
  • 5 gms Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Dry Red Chili
  • 7 gms Mustard Oil
  • Turmeric, Salt to taste
  • Tamarind pulp – 1 tsp

Directions

  • Cut vegetables into medium cubes and boil them with salt and turmeric.
  • Make a paste of mustard seeds, poppy seeds, cumin, and dry red chili.
  • Heat mustard oil, add the paste and sauté for a minute.
  • Add the boiled vegetables and mix well.
  • Stir in tamarind pulp and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice.
