Ingredients

  • 3 Boiled eggs(Remove Yellow)
  • 100g Green peas fresh (Boiled)
  • 1 Bunch coriander
  • 1 Small onion
  • 2 Green chilies
  • 2 Green chilies
  • ½ tsp Ginger paste
  • Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil
  • Mustard seeds pinch

Directions

  1. Heat Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil in a pan and add mustard.
  2. When mustard starts spurting add the ground paste.
  3. After few minutes add green peas.
  4. Cook for few more minutes.
  5. Add water if needed and cook.
  6. Place the filling onto the dip of egg and serve.
