Spicy Mixed Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 Cup Almonds
  • 1 Cup Pecans
  • 1 Cup Peanuts
  • 1 Cup Cashew Nuts
  • 2 Tbsp Freedom Rice Bran Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar

Directions

  • Place nuts in a bowl.
  • Add salt, sugar and chilli powder and mix well with Freedom Rice Bran Oil.
  • Slow roast on gas flame at the lowest setting or bake in the oven at 225 degrees for 15-20 mins till done.
  • It can also be oven roasted or slow roasted in a pan on very low heat.
  • Serve the nuts with cheese, salted crackers, fresh or dried fruits and olives
