Multi Grain Veg

Ingredients

30 gms Soya granules
1 cup Chopped amaranth
½ cup Grated carrot
½ cup Corn
½ cup Soaked green gram dal
½ cup Chopped cabbage

1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Bengal gram seeds
Few Curry leaves
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil

Directions

  1. Soak the soy granules in boiled water for. 15 minutes and pressure cook.
  2. Meanwhile heat the Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil in a pan and add the Mustard seeds, Jeera, Bengal gram seeds, Black gram seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves and fry them until they became soft.
  3. Add all the above vegetables and cooked soya granules and sauté for 10 minutes.
  4. Add salt as per taste. Sprinkle 2tsp cinnamon powder. Remove from fire
  5. To this mixture add the idlis and serve.
