Ingredients
30 gms Soya granules
1 cup Chopped amaranth
½ cup Grated carrot
½ cup Corn
½ cup Soaked green gram dal
½ cup Chopped cabbage
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Bengal gram seeds
Few Curry leaves
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil

Directions
- Soak the soy granules in boiled water for. 15 minutes and pressure cook.
- Meanwhile heat the Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil in a pan and add the Mustard seeds, Jeera, Bengal gram seeds, Black gram seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves and fry them until they became soft.
- Add all the above vegetables and cooked soya granules and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Add salt as per taste. Sprinkle 2tsp cinnamon powder. Remove from fire
- To this mixture add the idlis and serve.
