Green Chillies

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ kilo big sized Green chillies
  • 75 grams rye powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon haldi
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground saunf
  • 1 tablespoon freedom groundnut oil
  • Juice of 3-4 limes

METHOD

  • Wash and dry green chillies
  • Slit from top to tail
  • In a bowl mix salt, rye powder, saunf,haldi
  • Add the oil and make a paste
  • Stuff the paste into the chillies. Keep overnight
  • Add lime juice and store for a day

Fresh Green chilli pickle ready to eat with a meal or with a snack
