Garlic Pickle

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons Freedom Groundnut oil
  • ½ cup Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Haldi
  • 1 tablespoon mirchi,
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Small lime sized dollop of gur
  • Salt to taste

GRIND TOGETHER

  • 1 teaspoon rye,
  • 1 teaspoonmethi seeds
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 1 teaspoon dhania seeds
  • Pinch of hing

METHOD

  • Heat freedom groundnut oil in a pan
  • Add garic cloves and haldi and sauté for 5 minutes
  • Add lemon juice and sauté
  • Add chilli powder,salt and gur and sauté till the gur melts
  • Add ground spices and sauté

When done cool and store in a dry jar
