Nutritive Pocket
Ingredients
- 25 gms Wheat Flour
- 15 gms Rajmah (Boiled)
- 3 tsp Pureed Spinach
- 20 gms Mixed Raw Vegetables(Onions, Capsicum, Cabbage, Cucumber)
- 5 gms Grated Paneer
- 1 tsp Mustard Sauce (Optional)
- 1 tsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Mint Chutney
Directions
- Prepare a soft dough with pureed spinach.
- Keep it aside for 5 mins.
- Make small balls of the dough and roll on a flat board.
- Cook on a heated Tawa until golden blown.
- Spread Mustard Sauce (Optional), tomato sauce, mint chutney and other ingredients on roti.
- Sprinkle grated paneer over it.
- Fold the Roti in the shape of semicircle and cut in the shape of triangle.
- Garnish with vegetable bundlers.
