Peas Sago Cashew Nut Snack

Ingredients
  • 1 cup shelled peas
  • ½ cup sago
  • ½ cup cashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoons paste of ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Freedom Physically Refined Rice Bran Oil
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • Boil peas lightly and keep aside
  • Soak sago for about half an hour
  • Start by heating 1 tablespoon oil in a deep kadahi
  • Lightly fry cashew nuts and remove in a bowl, keep aside
  • Now add some ginger paste and fry for 2 more minutes
  • To this add peas, sago, cashew and salt
  • Cook everything well until done
  • Take off from stove and sprinkle some lemon juice

Your quick snack is ready, serve it hot!
